   Did you at least watch it far enough to see that the victim is grinning and apparently enjoying himself?

   My friend has been talking a lot about this revival.  I hope that there’s at least some legitimacy to it.  This video suggests that there’s definitely at least some illegitimacy to it.  :-(

   I’m in the same boat as Scott here (grant you, it is a common friend of ours that has been talking about this).  I’m not opposed to God telling people to do things that we count to be unusual and crazy.  My struggle with this whole thing is that some people to think of this tent in Florida to be a “Mecca” of sorts for Christians that live in the United States.  The Catholic church has Vatican City, Italy, but other denominations do not really have a place that holds that much power… and viewing this place as Mecca really bugs me.  When I think about this revival the following verse comes to mind: “For many will come in my name, claiming, ‘I am the Christ,’ and will deceive many.” - Matthew 24:5
