BBC NEWS | Middle East | Saddam Hussein boycotts hearing

Poor Saddam says he is having an unjust trial. Well, you with think
that he would be the most qualified person to make that judgement. But
then again, do you think he would know justice if it slapped him in the
face or curled around his neck?

    I think that it is impossible for him to get a fair trial, especially in Iraq.

    Why is that? No impartial jury? That I can understand. However, I
    believe that they will use just laws and correctly find him innocent or
    guilty based on those laws. From what I have read, it seems that the
    judge has made every effort to make it a fair trial.
