Lord of the Sabbath

Mark 2:28 in the Latin Vulgate:
itaque dominus est Filius hominis etiam sabbati
Literal English:
And therefore, Lord is [the] Son of Man, even of the Sabbath!
We might be better off to rearrange the nominitives:
And thus, the Son of Man is Lord, even of the Sabbath!
