National Security GPA:1.89

The 9/11 Public Discourse Project came out with ratings on how the federal government has handled the 41 recommendations of the 9/11 Commission. The results are not good. The collective GPA of the US is 1.89, or a C-.
(Note, when I did the GPA, I did not factor in +’s or -’s, all C+ were
C’s, B- were B’s,I was that lazy) Now, if certain pending laws are
passed, the GPA raises to 2.05, which is good for a C.

    Well hello OBL! It might not be that hard. Just cross the boarder from
    Mexico and walk whatever device you have right up to anywhere and let
    it tick down.
