was looking over a rough draft this afternoon for a student and I
noticed that the person referred to two groups of people, the “Genitals
and the Jews.”
Spellcheck might be your friend, but sometimes he can play tricks on you if you are not careful.

This one time I was writing a paper and I stepped away from the
computer for a second, probably to pee or something, and my friend
typed “I amgay.” where the paper’s title was. I normally don’t ever read through a paper once I finish them, but I’m glad I went over that one.
So exactly how embarrassed was this student when you pointed this out? I think I would have died.
It was correspondence by email. I did not get a chance to see the student’s reaction.
