The Most Awesome Moment in Comics
Since I posted yesterday on the saddest moment in comics, I thought I’d post the most awesome moment in comics. ( spoilers –> )
Here is the set up. In Ultimate Annuals volume II, someone has ordered a hit on Nick Fury. The hit has been contracted out by an unknown party to one of the most deadly assassins on earth, a man who asks for no payment, only a reason why the world would be a better place with the mark dead. So, throughout the entire book we see the assassin laying plans, gathering intelligence, etcetera. Finally on the last page of the volume the hitman has Fury in his sights when he gets a call. It is from his agency saying they just found out who the unknown party was. Click on the pictures below to see what happens:
