I’m back from Chicago. I hope to have a substantial post up later, reflections, stories, and pics with the crazies – but right now I am zonked and still have to get across the state for a Wedding tomorrow. I picked up the following trades for cheap:

The Death of Captain America, Vol. 1 which collects Captain America 25-30

The Death of Captain America, Vol. 2 which collects Captain America 31-36
I am pretty pumped about all of the above. All of them are good and lengthy stories.
The following are the are the ones I wanted to get, but were unable to because of pricing and availability:
Out of the above, I was only saddened by running out of money for Ultimates Volume 2. It is such a good story.

I think we’ve talked about it, but I have some of the Y! trades if you’re interested. I think you said you’d read Jake Jones’s copies, but I figured I’d offer either way. I just re-read Ultimates 1 & 2 the past few days that Sarah’s been recovering and they still blew me away, so re-reading’s never a bad thing (unless what you’re re-reading sucks, that is).
