I’m actually a little looking forward to a short break from new
content. There are a few shows that I don’t watch now that I would like
to watch earlier episodes to get caught up and a few movies I haven’t
seen and I don’t have time for that with all the shows that are on new
every week. Give me about three weeks off and I’ll be ready for new
stuff, though.
Yeah, with my new work schedule that starts after Thanksgiving, I will
need this strike to go on until Christmas so that I won’t be tempted to
short myself much needed sleep. I just hope that this doesn’t interfere
with 24! If Tony’s coming back, then I can’t miss it!
Aren’t most of these shows coming up on a normal break? I know Heroes
wasn’t showing new episodes between the beginning of December to the
end of January. Isn’t this a normal lull coming up anyway? Maybe it is
all a ploy to make everyone feel like they have to watch this season,
only to have the strike end at the right time so that everyone feels
desperate for new content, which would have have its normal break
anyway. —–
Some shows were doing a winter break, but not all of them. This strike
is probably going to last 6 months so this season might be done as of
December.
